Each barrel is reviewed by nose & palate—the old-fashioned way—and expertly blended from whiskeys distilled in Indiana & Mississippi.

Winner of Southern Living's Best of the South and other awards, Bristow Gin is made by macerating 11 different botanicals before it’s redistilled to slowly lower the overall proof and aged in stainless steel vessels for three weeks prior to bottling to let the flavors mend. The result is a complex, layered, and flavorful gin.
